What KLOW 80mg is
KLOW is a research peptide blend that combines four well-characterized peptides in a single lyophilized vial: the copper-binding tripeptide GHK-Cu, the gastric pentadecapeptide BPC-157, TB-500 (the thymosin beta-4 material sold under that name) and the alpha-MSH-derived tripeptide KPV. Purity Collective’s KLOW 80mg vial lists GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and KPV 10mg. The 80mg on the label is the total of those four amounts.
Because it is a blend, KLOW has no single “purity” in the way a one-compound vial does. The lot report below tests each component separately, and this page keeps each result next to the component it belongs to. Buyers who want the components on their own can see the GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and KPV 10mg listings; the three-component GLOW blend is the same idea without KPV.
Identity of the four components
| Component | In this vial | What it is | Formula / MW (PubChem) |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 50mg | Gly-His-Lys copper(II) complex (prezatide copper); blue lyophilized powder | C14H23CuN6O4+, 402.9 g/mol, CID 71587328 |
| BPC-157 | 10mg | 15-residue peptide GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, a fragment of a gastric protein | C62H98N16O22, 1419.5 g/mol, CID 108101 |
| TB-500 | 10mg | Synthetic thymosin beta-4 (43 residues) as listed on the lot report; some TB-500 products contain only the Ac-LKKTETQ fragment[3] | C212H350N56O78S, 4963 g/mol, CID 16132341 |
| KPV | 10mg | Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH | C16H30N4O4, 342.43 g/mol, CID 125672, CAS 67727-97-3 |
The lot report’s KPV identifier block lists CID 9929972 / CAS 112965-21-6, which do not correspond to KPV; a corrected report has been requested from the lab. The GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 identifiers on the report match the entries above. Catalog SKU: PC-KLOW-80MG.

What the research says, component by component
None of the four components is an approved drug in the United States, and the blend itself has not been studied as a blend in humans. The studies below are what the published record actually contains, with the model named for each.
- BPC-157 (rat tendon model). In rats with a transected Achilles tendon, BPC-157 given systemically improved biomechanical load to failure, functional scores and histology compared with saline controls[1]. A 2025 systematic review of the orthopedic literature found the evidence to be almost entirely preclinical, with no FDA approval and no controlled human safety data[2].
- TB-500 / thymosin beta-4 (rat wound model, analytical chemistry). Thymosin beta-4 applied topically or systemically increased re-epithelialization, wound contraction, collagen deposition and angiogenesis in a rat full-thickness wound model, and stimulated keratinocyte migration in vitro[4]. A doping-control laboratory identified the acetylated 17-23 fragment Ac-LKKTETQ as the active constituent of a TB-500 product, which is why the identity of a given TB-500 lot should be read from its own report[3].
- BPC-157 plus TB-500 together (rat tendon model, 2026). In the one study that tested the two side by side and in combination after Achilles repair in rats, TB-500 alone reached significance on load to failure and histology scores; the combination improved one histology score but did not outperform TB-500 alone, and BPC-157 alone trended lower without reaching significance[5]. The paper’s own conclusion is that the combination warrants further study, not that it is superior.
- GHK-Cu (fibroblast culture, rat wound chambers, one human trial). GHK-Cu increased collagen synthesis in cultured fibroblasts[6] and, injected into rat wound chambers, increased collagen, glycosaminoglycan and proteoglycan accumulation[7]. In a randomized, evaluator-blinded trial in 86 patients with venous stasis ulcers, a 0.4% GHK-Cu cream performed no better than the inactive vehicle, while silver sulfadiazine did reduce ulcer size[8]. That negative human result is part of the record.
- KPV (human cell lines, mouse colitis, in vitro microbiology). KPV reduced cytokine-driven NF-kappaB signalling in human intestinal epithelial and T-cell lines, was taken up through the PepT1 transporter, and reduced inflammation in two chemically induced mouse colitis models[9]. Separately, KPV and alpha-MSH inhibited Staphylococcus aureus colony formation and Candida albicans viability in vitro across a broad concentration range[10].
Storage and handling basics
Lyophilized KLOW should be kept sealed, dry and protected from light; a laboratory freezer is standard for long-term storage, and a refrigerator is acceptable for short periods between uses. The GHK-Cu component gives the powder a blue tint, which is expected and is noted on the lot report. Once a vial has been reconstituted, follow your laboratory’s SOP for peptide solutions, keep it cold and record the date. Purity Collective does not provide reconstitution, dilution or administration instructions.
Before you order
- Confirm the formulation (GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg, KPV 10mg) and SKU PC-KLOW-80MG against your purchase request.
- Read both PDFs in full, including lot numbers, methods, dates and specifications, and keep them with your batch records.
- Treat the figures as results for the tested sample of this lot, not as a guarantee for every vial.

KLOW 80mg FAQs
What is KLOW 80mg, and what does the 80mg refer to?
KLOW 80mg is a four-component research peptide blend in one lyophilized vial. The 80mg is the sum of the listed amounts: GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and KPV 10mg. It is not the amount of any single peptide.
Does Purity Collective publish a COA for KLOW 80mg?
Yes. The UPLC/MS report for lot PCCL-7964352 gives a separate quantity and purity result for each of the four components, and a separate endotoxin document covers related lot PCCL-7964352-E. Both PDFs are linked on this page. The report does not state one blend-wide purity figure, so this page does not either.
Is KLOW 80mg the same as GLOW?
No. GLOW is a three-component blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW adds KPV as a fourth component. The two are separate catalog items with separate lots and documents.
Can I buy KLOW 80mg in the USA for laboratory use?
Purity Collective ships KLOW 80mg to US laboratories and qualified researchers for in vitro and other non-human research. It is not for human or veterinary use, and no clinical, dosing or administration guidance is offered.
