Description

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative, commonly used alongside lyophilized peptides for reconstitution in in vitro research workflows. The benzyl alcohol inhibits microbial growth, allowing multi-draw use of reconstituted solutions over the course of an investigational study. Each 30 mL vial is manufactured under controlled conditions and supplied strictly for in vitro investigational use; not for human or veterinary administration.
