All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. This applies to all products, regardless of quantity or order value.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why No Refunds
Our products are research-grade peptides with strict purity and handling requirements. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it was stored, handled, or transported correctly. Accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our supply chain and put other researchers at risk.
This policy exists to protect every customer, not just individual orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged during transit or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@puritycollective.co. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
We’ll review each case individually. If the damage was caused by a shipping error on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, send a replacement. This is not a refund and does not change our no-refund policy.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be stopped or reversed.
